let me tell you something funny about how I learned about this particular recipe. My husband's ex-wife gave me this recipe and showed me how to put it together. LOL. Usually when I tell people this I get a strange look. I don't care, I would get a good recipe from anyone, even an ex. Thanks for your comment.

This does sound so good...I will look forward to giving it a try. I was thinking while I was reading it that if you added spicy sausage with the hamburger, it would give it a nice kick. Don't mind me, I like food a bit on the spicy side. lol Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. Have a great day!

You have a good point there. My hubby likes spicy as well. I might give it a try as well. You have also given me an ideal that maybe some peppers would do the trick as well. I hope that you like it. It is one of our favorite dishes.

That sounds really good. I love manicotti it is my husbands favorite Italian food. I make mine with no meat or just a little ground beef. I use a mixture of cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, mozerella and parmesan and an egg. I cover it with sauce as well and sprinkle mozerella and parmesan on the top and bake until the cheese melts. I actually added a little asiago once and it was really good.
