What's your favorite form of exercise?

For me it would be belly dancing =D it burns about 300 calories for just an hour dancing. If I'm not mistaken that's equivalent to one full meal. =D Any kind of dancing is a sure good way to burn calories faster but aside from dancing I also prefer brisk walking every morning. =D So what's yours?

Well I have not been exercising like I should. Some things that I enjoy to burn calories would be swimming, bike riding and maybe walking. I am not into walking that much but I do it as least once a day now because I should and I need to as well. Take care and happy mylotting to you.

my favorite form of exercises is dancing.I feel like I'm not exercising..it is not expensive,just go and turn on the radio and find a song that'll make you dance.I also love walking.I would like to learn how to swim.I het lazy when I hear the word exercise,that's why I love those activities that are fun,but doesn't feel like a real workout.

My favorite way of excercise is jogging. That's very refreshing and keeps the body active. One can jog as fast or as slow as one can. No need to rush or to be lazy. All in one's control. My other favorite way is swimming. There again, it's all in one's control. I feel very relaxed and refreshed after a nice swim.

Dancing is definitely a good one. I can imagine that being a great workout! I personally walking, especially in scenic areas where you can take pictures at the same time. I also really like kick boxing, running, using free weights, playing tennis, and paddle-boating! They're all really fun ways to work out!

Hi Cecille. My preferred exercises are walking and swimming. I used to love to bike, as well. I do a bit of strength building and streching exercises, as well as some isometrics several times a week. But the absolute best are the ones that get me outside with nature. :)

I am with you . .dancing is the best form of exercise . . for you dont actually feel as if you are "working out" . and next I love a good power walk . .I can go forever doing this as long as my tunes in my ipod keep playing . . I can go for miles. . . and lastly I love to bike ride . .as long as there arent too many upclimbs that is . .. there is a bay that I can ride to not far from my house . and to get there you have to ride over a parkway . .when I get to the end of this overpass . .it is is the most exhilarating feeling . . the cars beneath are going full speed and just as you see it all there it is . .the water . . just breathtaking . .
no better "high" to be had
