Breakfast as you know is a very important meal of the day that starts you off. It begins the metabolism and gives you energy for the day. But with our busy schedules these days, working longer and harder, do you still have time to sit down with the family and eat? certainly no one in my house has the time anymore. its just too busy in the morning waking up and trying to go out of the house in time for traffic.

I always eat breakfast. I think that it is a really good meal and one that I will never skip. people that eat breakfast tend to weigh less and also I like breakfast food. It tends to be very delicious. If you like breakfast and are a breakfast eater there is a site called Mr. breakfast.com which is one that features lots of different breakfast recipes.

I take breakfast on the time exactly at 8:00 am.Having breakfast on time is the good thing.I maintain my schedule very strictly .I do everything on the time.I maintain my table table everyday.I complete ech and everything on time.Breakfast is the importanat meal for everyone.In breakfast i take juice nad sometimes bread and jam.It is good if we take juice in the morning.

i usually wolf down a bowl of cold cereal during the morning before rushing out the door to work or whatever. i usually have a light lunch and then a larger supper. i find it hard to eat a large meal at any sitting so for me, grazing is the best thing.

In our fast changing and moving world we are not conscious anymore to our meals especially on our breakfast. We are always on a hurry on the morning. I am much more lucky because my work is at afternoon and I am not able to be in a hurried pace in the morning because I don't work at morning. I just watch them my sisters are busy in the morning for making their duty to their respective offices.

Breakfast being the most important meal of the day, you should eat like a queen. Your day's energy for the day's activities will all depend on how you eat during breakfast. I do know that it is hard for busy people. I once had that experience. By the time I reach the office, I do not feel hungry anymore. I watched one movie of Jennifer Lopez, Maid in Manhatttan, that she takes her breakfast on the way to the office. Perhaps it could be a way for someone to take breakfast no matter how busy she is.

i agree that i should eat breakfast,there is very important for our health and we have strength to work.if somebody don't eat breakfast for a long time,this can infulence our health,and hurt our stomach,easy to have gall-stone,destroying our health serious,and we don't have enough strength to pay attention to our work,effect our influence of our work,so we need eat eat breakfast every day for our health.

Hi Kuposin, I too feel that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. In my house we all have a proper breakfast in the morning before we begin our day.We do not have the time to sit down and eat together , but everyone has a proper breakfast in their own time and go about their jobs. I feel that it is not at all healthy to skip breakfast.It is ok to miss other meals in between, but not breakfast..

Yes breakfast is important.But as i know many younger people don't eat breakfast Cause they have notime normally they eat breakfast and lunch together I think it's very harmful our healthy.As your said the breakfast take us a day energy.I eat breakfast everyday as i can get up earily..

yeah i totally agree with you. since i'm a stay-at-home mom and my husband's working hours changes every two weeks, we see to it that whenever it's his rest day or he's free in the morning, we eat breakfast with our little girl. same goes if he's not available for lunch or dinner, we make sure to eat together whatever his schedule permits. it's just sad to think that we have to adapt or adjust to his working schedule for us to sit down and eat as a family, work first before family isn't it some kind of ironic?

Hello KuopSin this is checkmail and just love to enjoy my breakfast in the morning.Basically I eat healthy in my breakfast like , milk, whole wheat bread, eggs etc.If it is holiday than there is someting special like dosa, paratha, shira, upma, poha and etc.Though I have to always add some spices to it, as it is less tasty then.But it reduces some calories but still work for me fine.I even don't like to drink water before having breakfast.

yah, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but then i can't eat it.. no time, every morning i'am so busy preparing to office, ni time to cook.. that's why i have no time to eat breakfast, i often have coffee and bread at the office, but not that heavy one.. it's so bad..!!

During the summertime when my kids are out of school I try to fix breakfast for them. I would love to fix breakfast in the mornings but I never seem to have time. Sundays are the only time my husband doesnt work and he sleeps late so he will normally skip breakfast.

not breakfast, no. i work nights and i can't wait for hubby and the little toddler to wake up so we could eat breakfast together. what i do is cook their breakfast and lunch and then i sleep. i wake up when it's time for lunch so we could eat together and then before sitting in front of my computer to work again, i cook dinner. i check my emails while hubby serves it, and then we eat together. that's how it is for us right now. looking forward to having a job where i can eat all three important meals of the day with them, though.

this may sound kinda sad but i dont even remember the last time we sat down as a family and ate....but then again i dont have my own family...i do still live with mom and my siblings...but everyone is out doing something diffrent when supper rolls around....we really were never the type to all sit down and eat together anyways...maybe in front of the tv...lol... jus the same i dont think this effects the amont of love and knowing we all have for each other....and were jus the same as your typical family.... ps..dont make fun of me for being home!!!!!!!!!...lol...im only 21 so far

I hardly ever eat breakfast. Its just so hard to make time being that I have to be at work so early. The only time I eat breakfast during the week is the two days that I'm off work.

I was taught that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, over the years, my breakfast has become nothing more than just a cup of coffee especially on a weekday. However, I do enjoy a leisurely breakfast with my family over the weekend which to me, is a great family outing and time spent. But coffee will still be definitely in the menu, else, my engine would not just start for the day.

Yeah. It is indeed the most important meal of the day. I feel so energized I have my breakfast. But now, I don't eat my meal regularly because just like you, no time to cook for meal.. so sad...
