I have often wondered how painful it is when people get to a new job and they are looking forward to having a great time only for them to have a problem with the boss or the supervisor who just seem to hate their faces. This was the case with a friend of mine who got a job with a good pay, he was really looking forward to a great time but this was cut short because his immediate supervisor will not let him be from day one. He simply made things difficult for him, it has gotten so bad that he avoids him at every given opportunity, I keep asking what is the reason some people just wont let others be?
