Putting money in a franchise is not nearly as easy as becoming a successful franchisee .Concern for the business, and hands-on management are just a few traits a good franchisee must process.
1. You're a team player-A good franchisee must value the input and contributions of other, since better results are achieved by synergy.
2. You're a hands-on manager-You can understand your market better, enabling you to use the business tools provided by the franchisor to the fullest.
3. You care about the whole franchise network-In the end,the success of the whole network means better brands image, better systems, and more loyal costumers, which will benefits you as an individual franchisee.
4. You're focused-Building a successful business needs a lot of feeding and caring similar to raising a child.Focusing your efforts on one business at a time will mean greater success because your attention and resources are undivided.
5. You're self-reliant-Don't depend on your franchise for personal and family expenses while it is still in its early stages.
6. You're problem solver-Part of this is being able to identify the source of your problems, since the solution is dependent on how well the problem is defined.Don't fall into the trap of blaming the franchisor for your failures without looking at your own mistakes.
7. You value integrity and principle-These qualities will always lead you to do what is right, and you will feel confident in your action.
Hope i can help you guys for this 7 tips...goodluck =D

Your help is very valuable. I'm planning to start my own business. I'm reading books right now related to business and franchising. Thanks!
