I keep receiving emails that tell me I've won $$$$ or mails that says I've gotten $$$$ bank draft from somebody I do not know existed or that $$$$ is in western union for me, that I contact to get the code and receive monthly $$$ for no reason!!! I can receive 3 to 5 such mails daily. I'm sick of it , especially since the amount is so large and tempting ( really nice if it can really be received without trouble ). Sometimes it is written as a job offer!!! That I receive and send payments and for that I get $$$$ ( good money in thousands ) without any cent out of my pocket, commission for job done. I guess lots of you out there also receive such emails. Anyone knows how to stop it?

I personally ignore them (before deleting). Anyway, if you're adventurous enough, and truly interested in fighting scams, here is the link to a scam fighting site I found once: http://www.419eater.com/ Even if you haven't time and energy to fight scams yourself, you can learn, how other people are doing it, and find a lot of useful information about scams.

Change your email. Reminder: don't open them, it may contain viruses or malwares.

I agree report as spam. Once you do that the mails sent from that mail id would go to your Spam box which you should delete frequently, don't depend on the "30 days" cleaning cycle of your mail provider. Secondly, do not open any of these mails, they can be harmful. Most important, hitting the spam button takes 2 seconds, once you do that, forget all about it :) ... dont get so worked up over such things ! Have a great time

You are right, it's just that there are so many of them. I will take your advice and delete instead of reading them. Ha ha! As if I'm so free to read these rubbish. Felt so silly wasting so much time! U have a good day too.

The only possible solution is not to open that mail once seeing the subject in the inbox. As we used to open and read them, they are sending them again and again.Spam filters have no work with them as there are lot of new senders are emerging everyday.Just delete them without doing anything. They will stop sending after few months and we can not stop immediately ,such mails.

Yes, I have received a lot of junk emails before and I know it's a scam because I never sign up for any of those sites. If it ends up in my inbox, I either block their emails or I put them in my spam box where it all gets deleted.

There are many things in life which you don't like and you can't respond to them. You ignore them. These kind of emails fall into the same category. Simply ignore them. Report them as spam and then delete the spam mails at one go. That's how I do it. Its the best way possible without getting worked up..:)
