i have join Mylot not long ago, only half a month but I am progressing very well ! I have earn $6 with half a month. So far, I get my earning from giving comments to the discussions that I am interested at. I also posting new discussions, reply to the response from my discussions. last I have a few referral so I earn something from them too. That's all, I think I get my earning from all the above activities that I just mentioned. I never try on any tasks at Mylot. I was being told that getting a task done can get your earning rise faster. Others said they can get $2 for a task . I log in to Mylot everyday but I never go to the task page to check the available task for myself. So I kinda want to know what is the task about and how to get a task done. I take a peek just now at My task page. I clicked available, not bad, there are 4 page of task listing awaiting me, LOL.
But too sad to say I hardly find a single $2 task. I can only see rewards between few cents only. Is the rewards meaning what we will get if we accept the task? and why those task need to involve you too sign up to other earning web site or PTC site? IS there any tasks that are nothing to do with online earning sites?
Who those who has got the $2 task done before, please share here how to get that task. Any oldies out there can help me on this ? Or any newbie have any questions like me?

The tasks are for writing assignments and they run from 2 dollars up to 4 dollars depending on the length they require.
They should be posting more soon. Spelling and grammar are very important and your article has to flow and make sense. You also have to use their keywords a certain number of times in each one.

Hi I have done a lot of tasks here in myLot. That makes my earning increase faster. There are tasks from sharonbucks that pays 2$ and 4$ when you complete it but it's not that easy because it's a writing task. I recommend you doing tasks too, it's fun..

I joined about 2 weeks ago and I don't even have more than a dollar, so I was thinking maybe doing tasks in between responses and discussions would be faster, but it doesn't seem like any of them are really WORTH it (at least not at first glance)...
Like... I might as well just be joining in a fun discussion and making the same amount, right? Haha.

I've made .13 with tasks. Most of them than I have done have not paid me (the task has not been accepted or rejected)

Hi I'm a newbie in mylot. I just started last week and my earning is less than 50cents. haha.poor me...I hope I can get much earnings like you. I am not aware that there is a task available to increase my earning. Well maybe I will try it. ..Pls add me as your friend coz I only have 2 friends as of now.

I never did any tasks either, in fact I don't know at all how that works, I guess I have not taken the time to learn about it. Me too I only earn from responding and starting discussions. I have only two referrals but they are not active so I don't earn anything from there. I wonder if the tasks take so much time, that's what worries me, I don't want to spend a lot of time, I don't know if it is worth it.

No I don't do tasks here on mylot either because they are just kind of boring and I really don't think I could do some of them because they are just not really worth my time. I just prefer to use mylot the way that it was when I first started out here and just do some typing and things to earn some money. I find the discussing and posting way much more entertaining.

here. Glanced thru once on "task" page. Not keen yet / not ready yet
as I said if someone said it is very good and encouraging, perhaps

Me too, I don't keep my head on the tasks section, I just feel the discussions are good and better off compared to tasks. Tasks might pay good to boost our earnings but still, they have the work. I respond to discussions, start discussions and comment on the responses I receive, I feel my earnings are enough. I'm satisfied.

I don't do task either
, because either you will be rewarded or not. a friend of mine a task last week and she found out that she needs to put funds in the task. 
which she didn't and those who made her task didn't get any amount. she said she's not doing or making task ever again. that's why i figured, just stick to the discussion,responding routine

I keep forgetting to even check that page. I've been a member here for over 3 years now. I've developed a routine when I log on here. My on-line access is limited so I mainly just catch up on a few discussions when I get the chance to get online.
I may start looking into completing tasks once I have an up and running computer with internet access at home.

i haven done any tasks in here either, i just dont have the time that i would need to complete them. i work outside of the house and dont spend a whole lot of time in here every day. i guess the tasks keep changing all the time, so its best just to be dilligent and keep checking them.

I don't see any tasks that are worth doing. Hopefully in the future there would be some where we could earn some $$$ and not cents.

Congrats on your progress I actually use this forum to network/socialize. I have not had any referrals. My earnings are paltry, but it is no biggy to me . I just love the forum.

I have done tasks on mylot and they have both approved for me and I enjoyed making the money. It didn't take me long to do it either so I really enjoyed the money I made. They are somewhat easy but you do have to follow the instructions. Otherwise why do the task at all. I guess if I had the tasks disapproved I probably wouldn't do them again but I plan to whenever I have the time.

Can't agree with you more Vingyan.
I joined mylot more than 2 months ago. I have had just 1 task assigned and I completed. And sadly, I was paid a pittance. I have vowed never to do any task. I do not enjoy them. I do not care for the high payments they give, but if you do not enjoy, what's the use in doing them???
I would rather do comments, discussions which I enjoy a lot.
Tasks, sorry. Give me a discussion, any time.
