The kindness of others.......

I have always been a person that will help a person if I can without expecting anything in return. I also believe what go's around comes around. You maybe wondering were I'm going with this, well here's what happened. You see I have a big yard and I have hedges growing all along the front of my house, well today I was going to trim my hedges and one of my neighbors down the street came over and trimmed them, later on while I was in the house I looked out and saw my next door neighbor weed eating my ditch for me. But this still isn't the end, about an hour before dark I went outside and started cutting my back yard, right now I'm having to use a push mower. When I was about half way through, one of my neighbors across the street came over on his riding lawnmower and said he wasn't doing anything and ask if I wanted him to cut my front yard. I really felt blessed, this has saved me a lot of work. Have you ever had anyone do anything for you just out of the kindness of their heart, not wanting noting in return?

It sounds like you have a lot of really nice neighbors. I think I'd get them a little something just b/c they were so nice. ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**

Oh yes everyone around here gets along real good. I'm the only one that lives by themselves around here and I think sometimes they try to look after me. I was thinking the same thing you was about getting them a little something in return. It's great to know that there are still people in this world that will lend a helping hand when you need it.

Wow, send those neighbors over to my yard, lol. When a person gives without expecting something in return it really is special. Many people are so self-absorbed in their own little world that consideration for others is something seen less often by me in society today. Common courtesies like holding a door open, or asking if someone could use some assistance are neglected much to often.

Wow! Sounds to me like you just won the lottery. It isn't always easy to find neighbors like the ones you have .... feel blessed.
