First I'm Chinese.~Maybe you all have eaten some Chinese food and have a evaluation of your own. Some say that the Chinese food is too greasy,,these food are so high in fat, yes, what these friends say is right.. Some say that the Chinese food is full with chilli,,or hot pepper,,yes, that is right too ,so many Chinese people like hot tastes.~ There are also some other evaluations about Chinese food, but I would say that you are all right,,but there are so many kind of flavours in China, even I'm a Chinese , I don't know how many flavours in China,so you don't have to eat the food which is not properate for your tastes, all you have to do is to have a change.and them enjoy yourself~~ So mylotters, have you tried some Chinese food and I'm wodering what do you think about Chinese food??or you can tell me which dishes do you like ??

I love chinese food and everytime when I go to a restaurant during lunch time we eat noodles or any chinese food there because the restaurant is famous for its chinese food. I find the food light and easy to digest, it is always hot which I like the most, the flavour is totally different.

hello zhpshql, Some of their food are really too oily like the noodles but still the taste is just fine. What I like to their food are those that steamed. So with their beef broccoli. Soups - they are tasty indeed. Mix sea food with vegetables is yummy too together with their fried rice.

hi zhpshql, I live in New Delhi, India and i like Chinese food a lot. Well Chinese food in Delhi is indianised Chinese food , as the food has been modified to adapt local tastes. To me Chinese food is non fatty or gressy and has very less calories. I like to eat in Dragon Hux in model town in Delhi. The food there is good and priced reasonably and quantity per plate is good too. In soups i like chicken hot and sour , and sweet corn soup. i like chicken chowmein, friend rice, dumplings, fried crispy chicken, chilly chicken,Shanghai chicken, drums of heaven to name a few.

I love Chinese food! Of course, here in the US, it is probably a little different. I lived in Japan and love Japanese, too but I can't find a lot of places here that can make food the same as they made it there. Maybe some day I will visit China and gladly try all of the dishes there that I possibly can!!

I like Chinese food as well though it can be a lil pricey. Like another poster said it's not authentic what you find in the restaurant, it's Chinese-American style of cooking. Most every restaurant that is of Chinese origin has fried rice, egg rolls, egg fu young, shrimp chow mein, pepper steak... YUM! I love the assortment of veggies in the cooking. I usually don't order anything spicey but sometimes if something is listed as spicy at buffets they usually are not. I will say though if I don't eat it frequently it does not always agree with me.

I like Chinese food very much. It is not possible to buy Chinese food in the village where I live, but in a nearby town there are plenty of Chinese restaurants. I have visited most of those restaurant, and of them are great, others are less interesting. There is one particular Chinese restaurant that I like very much, and my husband and I chose to celebrate out wedding party there. It was a very nice experience, the food as great and the atmosphere at the place was very nice. I have eaten many different kinds of Chinese food and I don't really have a favourite dish, but I especially like the spicy dishes.

Hello, bohemian, yes, almost all the Chinese like noodles and fried rice, you know ,the southern people like to eat rice ,while the northern people like to eat some wheaten food. You like both of them ,then you can live freely in both Northern and Southern China,so congratulations~~

If you wanna try real Chinese cuisine you should come to China. Also there're tons of Chinese restaurants through out the world, They are not offering Real Chinese food. p.s. Twice cooked pork is my favourite Chinese dish.
