Do you think it is worth spending your time on blogging?

Many persons try to earn money by blogging. Soon they realize that it is not that easy as they thought. Most of them give up blogging at one point of time or another. Only a very few bloggers continue their journey further.
I have a website that has a fairly good Alexa ranking(to day it is 283000), yet I don't get enough clicks and hence my ad sense earnings are low. But I am continuing my efforts.
What do you say about this mylotters?

I think blogging is VERY much worth the time and effort to learn and do.
There is endless ways people can and will find your blog.
Getting you referrals you would have not otherwise found.
Most people that give up simply do not realize that to have a top blog, most of those blogers have been at it for well over 4 years and went through a LOT of troubles and in some cases, lots of blogs.

It's worth the time and effort you put in. It could generate you referrals. WHile your sleeping, someone is working for you. Isn't that good? Happy myLotting!

well mylotter,
i would think to a certain point you make sense. At one point or the other all bloggers get tired of blogging.
It just gets really monotonous and you feel you have nothing more to write about.
A lot of them just copy and paste from other bloggers. But i guess they all do it for earning an extra buck. So when the going is good why not.

I had my blog for few years now although at first I intended to earn from blogging but after sometime I realized that it was not that easy to earn from it so I just thought well maybe I just blog for therapy purpose. I blog to voice out my opinion and so on. my one cent..

Hello Vijay. I had been blogging for years before I even know one could make any money with it. I have just recently "monetized" my blogs, but would keep doing it, money or no, simply because I enjoy it so much :)
