I just placed an item on ebay and I'm so nervous. I really need the cash and hope it sells. Do you get nervous when selling on ebay? Are you selling something now?

That doesn't always mean that your things are going to sell, though..

I have never put anything on eBay, but i wish you luck at selling your item, and getting a good price for it. I have been using craigslist a lot, and i have had real good luck with it. Most of the things that i have listed i have been able to sell within a few days, of listing it, and i have got the price that i have been asking.

I ran a business on ebay a few years back did fairly well but stopped it after a while. i listed something last week and i have got to say i was down right shocked at the final value fee i saw afterwards when i paid my fee's. %10 final value fee is way over the top. Ebay has changed ALOT since the " old days " more scamming going on, more fee's, more restrictions it's gone insane on there now. Good luck in ur selling though, hope it goes well for you.

To sell things on e-bay you should check to see if you can find thsame item already listed, that can help you decide how to list it. Also to get it to sell, you need to say why your item is better than the others listed and perhaps price it lower. Sometimes it's worth taking chance and pricing something much lower than you want to sell it for, because it can get more people bidding on it and possibly gt a bidding war. People don't like to lose, so sometimes they get caught up in bidding and run th price up higher thn they intended to go.

I have bought and sold many things on ebay and some havent sold. I have put these in again with a different heading and wording and then they go so dont give up if it does not sell. Pity you did not say on here what it was incase we want to buy it x

I sell things on Ebay probably about once a week - or more often. Mostly clothes, though, that are brand-named, and they usually sell. I've had it happen a couple of times, though, where my things didn't sell at all - and I was extremely upset by that! But I never get too 'nervous' about it. I'm sure yours will sell; to be honest - all that really matters is probably the last half an hour of the auction. People know that it's ending so they bid on it to try to get it for sure. I've had a lot of my clothes go from .99 cents to $29 in the last HOUR of the auction. It gets quite intense! The only thing I get nervous about is if the person who's "buying" it doesn't pay. It gets a little complicated then.. Anyway good luck with your ebay/money situation!

I have always wanted to try too, but never get to it. Perhaps I am too lazy to find out how much extra I should charge for the delivery, and that's why I never get to it. But I should. I have so many things I have collected, my place is a mess. Perhaps I can get some money for the junks I have collected. Nervous? I think you are not the only one. When a hot item is on sale, even bidders are nervous.
