What is your favorite type or recipe of cinnamon rolls?

I love cinnamon rolls! Oh my gosh! Sometimes we have them for snack after or around breakfast on the weekends. When my daughter was young I went through a time when I tried different recipes of those yummy things. I envented ones of my own and tried different variations on the dough and the cinnamon sauce.I don't like the sugar topping. Does anyone have a great recipe for them that they might like to share? I would love to find a wheat or richer recipe for the roll. Thanks a head of time.
