Yes, I cook apple before. I cut the apples in to half and put them in a slow cooker. Add in water and start cooking. You may add some sugar too. It served to my babies when they are still small and could not eat the apple as it is too hard for them. Try it out 1 day. Papaya too can make very delicious soup.

Thank you. I will try papaya and apples as well. I just came to know that we can boil bananas as well. Will try that out too.

Also you can slice apple(unpeeled) and cook in a similar way, with water and sugar, and when cooled down , make beautiful flowers out of it..and can use them for decorations on desserts.. If you search the net, you can get proper step by step procedure..

Different varieties of apple cook better than others and are often too sharp for most people to eat raw. I've just cooked the rhubarb from my garden to put in a rhubarb crumble. Plums and gooseberries make good crumbles too.

Sure you can cook fruits. I used to bake apples with a little butter and cinamin on them all the time. We also make fried fruit pies with all different kinds of fruit. Then there are all the fresh fruit cobblers you can make. I personally have made baked cobblers from peaches and then some from blackberries MMMMM.... good stuff!! I can make an apple pie to die for too!!! And don't rule out applesauces too!

We can cook many fruits: I will put fruits in to microwave oven, do not beyond 2 minutes, in winter. The fruits tast sweeter. But it could be dangrous that apples will scattered into pieces when heating. So if my hand can hold two apples at one time, I will just heat each about 1 minutes. The pineapple can be steamed together with rice which tast sweet and a bit sourish. The orange can be baked in barbecue. Brush oil on it when baking. The pericarp which turned to be light will dribble me easily. The banana can be cut into sliced and fried in hot oil. Scatterd the salt and pepper on it or concentrated milk. The bannan slice is very delicious. I've heard that grape and some other fruit can be cooked. Hope one day I'm luck enough to eat.
