Chief Campbell called and I was told how to make a request for copies of information that I seek, and then we talked more in depth about the troubles that we face. He explained to me that the issue I'm concerned about is being observed, I explained how if surgery is required that it would be a good time now to have that surgery done so that the school year would not be interrupted for my son. We talked for a little over 10 minutes.

He was explaining his problem that we (My wife and I) don't have written custody or visitation agreements and at the same time I can't move that forward as long as she remains in the mindset that others have created for her.

I think that's a good sign that he's calling and talking a bit more indepht. Sounds like you're being taken seriously now for your concerns.

Yes, I agree, I figure if I can succeed with the Federal Case then I might earn the respect of my children and they will understand better what all of my work on the internet and writing up what happened was all about. Once I gain their respect then we can deal with the issue from birth and get it taken care of. I could then explain about the job market and cost of health insurance and how waiting is not a good idea.

Yes, it was productive there is no resolution at this time and the Chief understands the hurdles I have faced like walls built to keep me as a prisoner and separated from my loved ones.
