            What is the best medicine for tooth ache. I'm suffering with this ache. Kindly help me out.

                    try washing your moth out with warm salt water.. to try and remove anything that might be causing a toohache. 
Also try using a pain killer with ibuprofen cause that usually helps reduce swelling aswell. 
Another tip is to you a clove, and rub it on your gum where the sore tooth is, it helps make it numb

                    Try to stay away from hot/cold liquids this will jsut amke it worse. I have used warm salt water other then that advil works or tylenol.

                    deffinently IBprofen - take 4 of the 200 mg this equals prescription strength and works like a charm! Hope your tooth feels better, im in the same boat!

                    I don't believe that there's any medicine that can help to relieve toothache in long term. The only solution is to face a dentist to solve your problem once and for all before the tooth decay get worse. You'll find yourself paying 5 times more for further delay or risk losing the tooth. You'll just suffer for less an hour on the dentist chair and it's far better than suffering for months with the toothache on your home sofa seat.
