prakasharige You try to avoid 'even sometimes'. It diverts your attention of eating food. It becomes routine and you won't chew well that leads to indigestion. Try to avoid watching TV while you eat.

It took me almost 6 months before completely healed. It is really hard to cope up. Almost everyday I cried and I didn't eat. Time really heals, just keep yourself busy. Go out with your family and friends to forget the problem...

prakasharige I don't mind whether it is a pen or pencil. For me content is most important. For drafting purposes, I use pencil, where we can erase or edit the content easily. But finally, my favorite is pen that too ball point pen.

prakasharige I think you can do both simultaneously. You can do this by choosing the management option in civil services exam. I think as a son, you must atleast try to fulfill the dreams of your father. Goodluck!

prakasharige In my case, I used to help my friends, when they are depressed. Generally, I won't take the help of others, when I need it. I always try to fight on my own. But I never hesitate to help others, when they are in need.
