What are the most useful exercises that i can do only 10 minutes after waking up

as the days are passing i am feeling older. all my frineds tell me to have some exercise everyday. but i cant manage the time to do so. after waking up i rushed to the office as early as possible. some times i couldnt manage to eat anything. few days ago i tried to go to bed early at night so that i can wake up early. but i didnt work. now i realize if i get some listed exercise for a short time i can do that before to leave for office. to all the professional trainer of exercise i would like to request them to advise me the tips.

I would say that you can do some toe touches or you can jog in place also. You can do some knee lifts and several other things also. Try to start out with something easy though so you do not strain yourself.

Streching - really. Good streching excercises are times better than some push-ups or sit-ups.
+ They aren't so time-consuming, and don't cause excessive sweating.

what kind of streaching ? i cant do too many push ups. do you have any idea for other free hand exercises.
