What is on your mind?

I often hear this statement. And I strongly believe it is true. What we think about ourselves, other people, or even about a certain situation often becomes it. It is said that the battleground of life is our mind. Once we perceive a certain thing either in positive or negative way, things begin to unfold as such. When a person thinks negative things about himself, he started to feel and experience the reality of it. When he thinks he is ugly, he begin to see himself as ugly once he look at the mirror. And then he starts to neglect himself, he no longer feels confident, he begin to even not like himself. He also begin to treat himself more lowly than it should be. And amazingly people who knew and those around him, begin to see him ugly as well. How about you? Do you believe or experience this?

What's on your mind? Hummm, well part of it I do believe is true. That part being the battlefield of the mind. Which is to say that our thoughts determine our actions, so on and so forth. We must take our thoughts captive and realize that some of our thoughts aren't so good. But as far as how we see ourselves, I don't agree with that totally because there have been times when I didn't feel good but I never see myself as being ugly, even on my worst days I always try to see something good about me. Happy mylot.
