A Percentage Count: Which country do you belong to?

Hi fellow mylotters!!
I was wondering what a diversity of cultures and regions we have here at mylot. Although, mylot is same for all from any place, I wanted to have an estimate of the number of countries and their percentage representation here, just for an statistical estimation of mylot diversity.
So, from which country do you come, that is, which is your mother/father nation?

Hello friend, I think up till now you would be happy to count number of people but some times later you would feel it very difficult. Any ways I would like to tell you that a user has already counted them and you would be very happy to see that more than 50% myLot users are Indians.

Well, you are right. I was not going to count it, i had a different mechanism.
But, now i need not do that all as i have closed the discussion coz i have got the answer that i can find these stats in the "mylot population" link at the bottom of the page. try it out.

Yeah, friend. That gives me another reason to praise you, this time for your good observation power.
You are right. But, i admire mylot for nearly everything it has, but the inability to close a discussion is really a big loophole in mylot`s big bunch of stars.

I am from India. I live in place called Chennai which is in deep south of India.The language I speak is knows as Tamil. My mother is from Chennai, India, but my father was from Yangoon, Burma, which is a neighbour of India.

You can check the information you need in the footer of myLot where you will see MyLot population. It is a link which will show you number of people from certain country. By the way, I'm from Croatia, Europe, my father and mother are both Croats. Where are you from? Happy mylotting and take care!

i m from India . my father and mother are also from india only . i love my country more . bacause here only all regions are same . i love and proud to be an Indian . Thanks for good discussion

I see Mike already told you how to see how many members of each country there are on myLot, but it should also be mentioned that some members choose not to reveal their location. That is why you can see that "unspecified" section.
I am from Romania, a country pretty well represented on myLot, but, unfortunately, most of the members from my country are not active any more...

Hi, stvasile. Yeah, Mike already told me that. So, i closed this discussion instantly and that`s why i didn`t comment on any new responses. But, i am here to comment on yours coz i am seeing a person from Romania on mylot for the first time, as you said nearly all others are inactive.
