"Sorry" - Do we actually mean it???

We use this word a lot. And it has different meanings. It is a way to apologize, a way to beg pardon when you have missed something, etc. I honestly don't always feel "sorry" when I say it. I don't know why, but I often wonder why I did not feel what I said. It was just a casual way of saying a word that depicts that I felt remorse when I actually do not feel that way in that particular moment. Are you guys also like me? Or do you feel actually sorry when you say so?

I personally say sorry a lot but most of the time I don't feel sorry, but there was no reason to really feel sorry about it, on things like i was being to loud.

i really dont think just saying the word sorry helps..if you have commited a heinous crime and you are saying sorry and you mean it..does that change anythinG?no it doesnt..maybe you get a little satisfaction but the rest is same

Its not easy for me to say sorry... especially if it concerns a very emotional situation. I believe I need to process events or feelings I had first before I would say anything about it. And its not my habit to say it without meaning it. I believe in the word and I treasure it so I don't take it for granted...

Most of the times i use the word "sorry" i really mean it .One thing i want to say to all my dear my lotters that don't use this word casually,It really decreases the value of that word.Don't use that word too often and casually ,because if you do ....even when you really mean that you are sorry people won't believe you..try to use it only when you really mean it....
