Four Step Chicken

I just finished watching "The Next Food Network Star." I love Melissa and was so glad that she won. Last night, I made the 4 step Rustic Lemon chicken that she made ub her demo tape. It was fabulous. First step is to dredge in flour and 1/4 tsp of thyme, and sautee. Secpnd step is to remove the chicken from the pan and saute a red onion.and fresh thyme until it is aromatic, Third step is to add the juice of three lemons and 1 cup of chicken broth and fresh thyme when the onion is soft. Fourth step is to cook until sauce cooks down and at the end of the process, add butter. You pour the sauce over the chicken and serve. Melissa said that you can literally create hundreds of recipes using these four steps. Okay, all of you creative cooks out there, what would you create using these four steps?

I think that sounds great just the way it is. The only think I might add or change is a little bit of balsalmic vinegar. I would add it at the point with the lemons and the chicken broth, this would just add a little flavor. This recipe would also be very good with asparugus. So I would cook the asparugs seperataly but pour the sauce over both the chicken and the aspragus.
