I would like to share with you this special quote by Antoine de Saint-Exupery.
When I was working for 12 years as manager and with big teams, I was always having in mind this quote.

I had the pleasure of reading a very nice sentence here on my. lot. The kind of sentence that blew your mind by its simplicity. You can easily call it a quote. It is so true and so deep in its meanings. Like a short Zen story. So here it is: There are a lot of things I think I understand but I really don't. Congrats, dmercedes!
