Dessert

My pancakes are top notch.... 2 cups SR flour 1 cup caster sugar 2 eggs 80g melted butter about a cup of milk Mix it up and pop it in the fridge for a few hours. Pan fry on low heat and watch those babies rise... Topped with maple syrup, strawberries and ice-cream. Make sure you put some maple syrup on top of the ice-cream so it goes a little bit chewy. YUM YUM! Enjoy!!

Blueberry Cheesecake. That is what I am thinking right now. Mmmmm.

how about salad? would that be good?

I had mango sorbet and a few Bordeaux cookies for dessert after my dinner. Some of my favorites are brownies and cheesecake.

Pancake filled with strawberrys and cream covered over with warm chocolate syrup.....mmmm
