I've been trying to lose weight for the longest time, but until now I'm still struggling. It's really hard to lose weight. For those successful mylotters who lost weight, what did you do? Can you give tips regarding successful weight loss. I'm almost near my breaking point and say to hell with it and just gain the stupid weight. but I still do want to lose weight but it seems that no matter what I do, I can't seem to lose the weight. Do you think its genes? Will I ever lose weight?

Hello Chaime.Ü I won't tell you that it's easy because there will be days when you'd be tempted to slack off. I lost weight the traditional and active way. I exercise everyday. I'm a healthy eater and I've also changed my lifestyle. I make sure that I eat breakfast .. that I don't skip meals .. that I don't starve myself .. and that I get enough sleep. I drink a lot of water and don't feed my body junk. It's tough at first, but you'll eventually get the hang out of it and in no time, you'll love the new you. Goodluck girl!

Hello friend, Well, the genes are different for different person but i don't buy the argument that one can't lose weight due to genes! It might be difficult but not impossible. I tried to lose weight a month back and I had a fair amount of success for the first twenty days, after which I had to quite because of some situation in the family. However the best way to lose fat is by running.Initially you will get tired after 500 metres or so but you need to gradually increase that. And, if you feel like resting in between, you should start walking briskly instead of completely stopping. One hour of this daily and you should be fine in a month.

Hi, I guess most people find it hard to lose weight and it can be very frustrating. But you are not alone in this endeavor. There can be some success to it only if you take it seriously. Remember, change in weight cannot happen overnight. You only have to watch closely everything you eat, as they say, always count the calories. If in case you reach a certain plateau or no change in your weight, don't lose hope. You're body is just adjusting with the change in food intake. You can do it!
