i don't smoke my friend...I start A Anti smoke compaign..who joins me?

I really don't like it...I'm addicted to the nicotine

i guess it is more of a habbit..i agree it calms me down but that is because i believe it has that effect on me...if i change my addition i am sure i would have the same impression...but i am already addicted to it and everyone around me smokes also so it would be hard to quit..i tried several times but no success yet...

yes, it relaxes my mind and soothes my nerves to an extent. I sometimes find my best companion in the white stick

well i feel more calm too ... and the tiggarete is relaxing :)
