You must thinking that I'm crazy. I just curious, because I did visited some McDonalds outside the United States, and what they have in their menu is a "slight" different than here home of Ronald McDonald. I visited the one in Indonesia and they have Fried Chicken and Steam white Rice Meal. I know the one in Korea right now have some kind new menu drink/ juice I', mot sure but it's Strawberry Kiwi Flavor. And There are many more McDonald Chain all over the world. So, I'm curious, like probably the one in Turkey or India or Japan?, what they have that you think it's actually serve to adjust the local preferences?

Actually this is an interesting subject! While we have apple and cherry pies here in Ohio, I went to Hawaii last summer and they had neither! They had these delicious pies that had a white filling called a Haupia (coconut) pie, it didn't even taste like coconut! I lived in Japan, but it has been about 20 years since then, they only had the basic burgers and fries back then. I'm guessing they have changed over the years so I'm curious to see what answers you get!

I just happened to think....I should call my younger brother this weekend and ask him. He lived in Tokyo,Japan for 15 years and my sister-in-law is Japanese. Now he's in Hawaii....They might know even though they don't eat at mcdonald's too often.

Oh my, glad you ask because I don't like the McDonalds here to where I stay. Sorry folks, it's my taste bud you might say, but I have nothing against McDonalds India, nor I don't have anything against the Indians too. Here in India they only serve Chicken, no beef burger patties because cow here are sacred to them, so i respect that. Burgers are with chicken stuffed with some spices or masala or they used potato as their patty , kinda hot to your taste, but of course normal to the people here. I really miss McDonalds back home. Which is juicy, delicious, BIGGGG and I miss the spaghetti that I used to order. What I only like to order in McDonalds here are their Potato wedges , or to what we call back home hash browns. Happy Mylotting.

That's what I suspect I don't think they served beef in McD in India. They won't allow that, but one day when I visit India I will try it !

Thanks for the BR, Sure by all means, visit McDonalds here and taste it for yourself . I don't know if your going to cry, going to laugh or scream about it once it gets to your palette. If you can bear spicy foods, yes i think so, but original burger is still the best!

We have Sundae Ice Mix HaloHalo, Longganisa Value Meal and Corned Beef Value Meal. This one's very Filipino. Not every country has "HaloHalo" *mixed-mixed in English (kinda redundant huh?) :P* We can also order from the internet! We tried it a few days ago.

Yeah, I like Mcdonalds too. I think different country will have different Mcdonalds recipe or menu to suit the local preferences.I am from Malaysia. We have Mcdonalds at all the city here and it is 1 of the most popular fast food here. We have Mcvalue meals. It is really worth of your money. They serve chicken burger, nuggets, filet burger and beef burger. The french fries is the same for whole world I think. But once in a while we will have something special on the french fries which is called curly fries. It is more delicious than the ordinary fries. And Malaysian like spicy food a lot. So I admit that Malaysia has the best Mcdonalds chilly sauce in the world. I tried the Mcdonalds chilly sauce from others country, but they are not as tasty as our chilly sauce here. But 1 thing that I am not satisfy with Malaysia Mcdonalds is that we don't have pork menu, because we are Muslim country. I get try the Pork burger from Mcdonalds at Hong Kong before. It is so delicious.

Yeah, the hot sauce is good to eat with the french fries. And we do have fried chicken from Mcdonalds. Wondering why USA don't have it? But the fried chicken is not so delicious. I prefer to eat fried chicken from KFC.

I really love your discussion because I love mcdonalds. Too bad because here in the Philippines, Mcdonalds dont serve hot sauce. i'd like to try that. Here in the Philippines we can order a delivery online and we can also charge our bill for delivery in our credit cards thru phone and we don't have to disclose any of our credit card information, only our cellphone number that is registered in our credit card account. With that, we have a peace of mind that our card is still secured. By the way, regarding your question here is a list of meals or foods served in Mcdonald's Philippines: BURGERS: Big Mac, quarter pounder, double cheeseburger, double cheeseburger deluxe, fillet-o-fish, mcChicken sandwich, cheeseburger deluxe, cheeseburger, burger mcdo. CHICKEN MEALS: Chicken with rice, chicken with spaghetti, 5 pc. nuggets with rice, 5 pc nuggets with fries. DESSERTS: McFlurry Oreo, Hot fudge sundae, hot caramel sundae, coke float, apple pie, pineapple pie. Twister fries and Icy Blue Sprite float (but seasonal only) BREAKFAST MEALS: Longganisa, Sunny side up egg with garlic rice, Pancakes with butter and maple flavored syrup, Gig Breakfast meal (Fried bugger patty and scrambled eggs with cheese and garlice rice.

I live in the US, so I probably have the same menu as most people...BUT...I do remember when I was fairly young that McDonald's experimented with serving pizza. It was really, really horrible so it obviously didn't take off. People look at me like I'm crazy when I ask if they remember it, but I swear, it did. And I recently found out why people think I'm insane. Apparently it was a marketing test only in my tiny little corner of Indiana and Kentucky and it only ran for 2 years! I'm not crazy, it was just rare!

No mc donald, kfc, hardees or pizza hut here. I wish soon they come and settle up here so that we can have some great and awsome food to eat. Once in a mc donalds , i have eaten french fries with pepsi. The french fries were great to taste and different than others.

I live in Canada so ofcourse there is a McDonalds in every city...or more than one!...We probably have the same menu as the states pretty well, however I have a friend in Sri Lanka who says they have rice burgers!...HMMMM...why not try out these things in other countries too? Maybe we would like them also. I think she said its called a McRice burger..sounds funny to us but since that is their staple food, its very popular.

yes, there is .they serve fried chix and steam rice. they have hamburgers of different sizes to suit your taste and appetite, served w/ or w/o cheese.there's french fries ,sundae(strawberry or chocolate flavors) for dessert. they also come up w/fruit pies to make your meal nutritious enough to eat everyday.but ,no! there is nothing compare to a meal cooked at home meat or fish w/ fresh fruits and vegetables. we need to eat a really good meal to stay fit and healthy.happy cooking!!!

Hello ibuemma, There is a McDonald's where I live. But the menu isn't different then the one in the USA. I compared them and they were exactly the same. Cheers! Thok

Well, since I live in the United States, i guess you can say that I have the regular McDonalds menu :) However, I think that in many of the Asian countries, the McDonald's stores tries to include rice bowls into their menu to suit their customers' preferences and eating habits. I know that Indonesia sells fried chicken, and Japan has a Teriyaki McBurger! In Saudi Arabia, they have no pork products on the menu due to the law. In Turkey, a Turkish drink (ayran) is served on the menu.
