How the IndianPrisoners of War should bring back to India?

Recently I read a book on Indian Prisoners of War in Pakistan. It was really touching that our Heros are waiting to meet their families in Pak jails. How can we end the miseries of families waiting for years to meet their loved ones?

The only way is through negotiations and exchange of war prisnors. Like us, in Pakistan also families might be waiting for their loved ones to be released. If we release theirs, they will release ours.

Well our politicians were kind enough to return Pak PoW without much emphasis on the return of Indian PoW. A diplomatic solution is difficult in such a case.
