I usually try to exercise at least a couple of times a week, sometimes more. I like to ride my bicycle or go for walks, weather permitting. I haven't found myself eating properly in the past, but have started eating more fruit recently. I like fruit a lot, and I think that the only reason that I don't eat it very often is because it is such a hassle and it is time consuming. I like to be working as much as possible, but I think it is better to be healthy than anything.

I agree with this also. My family and I try to eat healthier and get more exercise these days. We do not have insurance so we need to take care of our body to avoid and kind of illness.

In this case what I am able to consistently perform is only walking medicine, other than that I cannot make any kind of self promissory. Instead of breaking my own life principle, better take little just nice to be enough because once spoken never broken. I enjoy with my walking medicine very much while having self excitement be closed to the nature free provision.

i'm raw vegan which showed to be the healthiest diet for me. I do heavy lifting with kattel bell, just switched to 50lb one :) it doesn't take much time because after 15 minutes i'm so tired i can't move anymore lol. i try to meditate whenever there is some extra time. plus i try to walk as much as possible.

Well you have a very healthy and ideal routine. I get to do yoga once in a while but not regularly but i go for a brisk walk whenever I get time but am not regular.I thinking very hard to practice regularness can you just tip me on adapting that sort of life style..
