what way to beatexam stress ???

These days i am half way thru my last exam in my college...& feeling a lot of stress for them. Can you suggest some ways to beat the stress & improvise my performance ??

i think i try to study way before the exams start. that way i wont feel too stressed out during the exam study period. i also try to do some past exam papers if it is available so at least i know what kind of questions would be in the exams and guess what, sometimes they would ask the same question! and try to have fun while studying as well.. my lecturer said that after we do serious studying, we should reward ourselves by doing the things that we like, such as watching dvd, or watching tv, etc. that way you will feel refreshed when you want to start studying again. well.. thats all i can tell you right now. good luck for exams!

the tension arises when we try to gobble the full syllabus 1 week before the exams... The best wat to be stress free during exams is to prepare in bits round the year and be ready when the examz have arrived.. The gaps between exams are for rivision, not for studies.. when i was in B.tech, i was having the same questions as you are having. one of my senior guided me. i followed his suggestion... My last semester was superb in Btech.. Then I cleared GATE exams and now i am in IIT kgp, doing Mtech. Thanks to him..Your name suggests that u know hindi... so my advice is-"Jyada padne ke chakkar mein aadhi tayiari se achcha hai kam padho per perfect padho"

Music and food. The best combination you can get. Food will keep you healthy and music will keep you happy. That's all you need during stressful times. Even playing sports can be helpful as they are very demanding and one will need to concentrate a lot and getting mind off the equations is also quite helpful to reduce the stress levels. bourne
