The phone I have at the moment is a Nokia. It doesn't have a camera on although I am pretty sure you can get a seperate camera attatchment. Other phones I've had have been Motorolla, Lobster and Nokia. I brought this handset as at the time it was a good phone that had the lastest features. Now it doesn't as I got it in 2003 but as I have grown up I don't care about the latest phone features anymore so it still suits me. I have no idea how many mobile phones I have had, 6 that I can think of. In my household we have 2 different phone numbers and 4 handsets that are in use.

Hi pinklemonade, Hand phone without camera function is ok. Its primary function is for communication, camera function is secondary. However, hand phone with camera feature may be useful at times when we want to snap some important or interesting events where there is no camera in hand. I have not come across Lobster. Is it an American brand? Thank you for your comments.

No I am from England. Lobster is a brand from Virgin Mobile, it is like their own brand they do only for Virgin Mobile phones.

Hello Informer, My 1st phone was Panasonic, that was more than 10 years ago, maybe 18 years ago. Then I switched to Nokia twice. After Nokia, it was Ericsson, followed by Nokia. Finally backed to Sony Ericsson. Thanks for your response.

Hi ben, When you said your old phone, how many years have you been using? Why the need of two types of phone? You said you alternate between the two that means you off one and switch on the other, right? Thank you.

Hi Ben, I agree with you. For cell phones, 2 years old is considered old. Generally, hand phone users usually like to up-grade to a better model with features. Cheers!

acie, Wow you are so rich , having two phones. My current set is Sony Ericsson K610i. I don't fancy touch phones as they are very flimsy. My first phone was Panasonic, followed by Nokia, Nokia again, then Ericsson, Ericsson, Nokia and finally the current set. Thanks for your response.

Will, I have a lot of cellular phones before. The last phone that I had before having a new one was Sony Ericsson K8001. I love it since its really great. Then I was able to see another nice phone that I could not help but purchase. The samsung omnia. I love it since it packs a lot of features that I find very appropriate for my lifestyle. Overall, there are 4 cellphones in our house. One for my wife, one for me, and a total of two for my nephew and niece who lives in our house.

Hello endonesia, Your response is just only one word, 'Nokia.' Your don't earn any money at all. In order to earn some USD, you need to response by writing at least 3 sentences. For example:- "I am using Nokia hand phone. My wife also has a Nokia hand phone. We have been using Nokia phones for years. My first set was Nokia. My second , third and current set are all Nokia. I find that Nokia is good and reliable. I think I will stick to Nokia." Happy myLotting and happy earning big money in USD together.

Hi having a mobile phone now is more of a necessity than a luxury. In case of emergency, you can easily communicate with a loved one when there is some important thing that you have to convey. Every person here in our household has a cellphone. So, staying in touch with them is no more a problem. I usually had a Nokia mobile phone since I find it user friendly. But then, lately, I switched to Motorola which I find more durable. I have had this brand for 2 years already and so far it is doing great.

Hi jules, I agree with you. Having a mobile phone is more a necessity than a luxury. We can't leave home without it. In fact we can't live without it. So stay connected.

Dear James, I am currently using Nokia, previously Nokia, earlier on also Nokia....my favourite companion! Have you watch the movie Transformer (Part 1), there is one scene where decepticon became a handphone and was kept in a glass box for observation, guess what brand of handphone was that? Correct, you are genius!! NOKIA is the brand....lol Yes, my mobile phone do have camera function. It indeed very useful and practical. I used it to snap anything which catch my attentions, any events, any objects - it is so convenient, I can use it anytime, anywhere...the most handy gadget..ever! In the future, I will still consider NOKIA. I hope Nokia official will read about this faithful Nokia user here...and award me the Nokia latest handphone for being Nokia No. 1 fan... All the best and do keep in touch!

Hi James.. Mobile phones are now a must for everybody. With technological advancement the mobile phones are coming with lots of exciting features. For a person who just uses mobile phones for calling,a lots of features like camera,internet,music,etc.. does not hold much importance.A simple cheap mobile will be nice for them. My first handset was Moto RAZR..2 years back. Now I am using Nokia N73 with 3G connection.I like all the features of the phone. It is a symbian phone and a lots of free software are available on the internet.I like the camera which provide a clear and good quality image. Happy mylotting...

i am currently using Nokia N70, it has many features plus it is cheap and u can run loads of java software as it has symbian base.. and but it is a bit heavy 135 gm .. but it is shockproof to some level as i have dropped it on a solid surface at least 20 times....
• Malaysia
16 Aug 09
Hi miks, It seems dropping of hand phones is common among users. Every phone I have, I have dropped it more than 10 times each. Over the years I used more than 6 sets. All the brands( Panasonic, Sony Ericsson and Nokia) I owned before were hardy and robust and can stand hard dropping from a height of 5 feet or more to a solid concrete floor.

My first brand of cell phone was Nokia. It is one of those old flip phones. I just use it to make calls. Now I got one of those Sony Ericsson phones with a 5 Megapixel Cybershot camera. Its better than the Nokia because it has more features in it and has a bigger screen.

Well, a cell phone is a medium of getting in touch with your friends. Everyone has one. Most phone users opt for one with a basic camera features and it is cheaper. Wow! yours comes with a 5 Megapixel Cybershot camera, it must be expensive. My Sony Ericsson has a 2 Megapixel camera only. Thank you for your input.
