How do you deal with difficult people?

Everywhere we go we encounter difficult people. We see them making faces during conversations. We hear their negative remarks during a wonderful meeting. We are victims of their doubts or passive responses. We are offended by their offensive moves. We are discouraged by their tactless reactions. We are angered by their irresponsible actions. We are provoked by their words. It is such a burden to be near them. But everywhere we go, they are there. Its like we have only two options to be defeated or learning how to creatively deal with them. I have been blessed to learn how to deal with such difficult people in my life. And I thank God for the grace He has been giving me. How about you? Do you have difficult people around you? How you have been dealing with them?
