My family and I recently joined a new church. My husband hasn't been to church in several years and my daughters & I really haven't been enough either. Well, we are so happy and excited about going now that it is actually kind of shocking and yet refreshing. Every Sunday morning my girls (10 and 5) come running in saying "it's the big day!" They just can't wait for church and they even love when we go to Bible Study on Sunday evening. Even my husband & I get up with a renewed energy on Sundays. My questions is does your family get really excited about going to church?

Too funny! I didn't know how to respond to this one so I just left it alone. Once you said that there might have been too many windows open I understood. How funny that the response to going to church ended up talking about drinks. I'm giggling out loud right now. Hope you all have a great day!

LOL, either you had way to many window's open. Or you really need to go back to church after that drink.

Oh, that is so great. Hubby and I enjoy church, and I get excited when the new choir season starts as well. We love our home church, and when we visit my brother we enjoy his church, but of course that is because he is the preacher. I wish you many blessings in your new church.

My family and I used to go to church when we were just kids. but sine we had grown up, my mom only watches church mass on television. and for me, either go to church alone or not at all. that reminds me, it's been 6 weeks since i've attended church mass..

I enjoy watching church on TV too. For a long time that was the only way I could participate (besides bible study alone). I enjoy Joyce Meyer a lot.

Yes we do get excited about it. I use to go alone, and now with me being around my kid's, they are all going and the grandkid's are all going. So it's a big family thing for us all to be there and then to come back here for Sunday Dinner.

That is so cool!!!! I'm so happy that you've got your family to go with you now. And then they come back for Sunday dinner.....where do you live, I'll be there this Sunday - ha ha. My girls are 10 and 5. Sometimes we do the Sunday dinner things but lately (since they are that into the big dinner, etc) we've been doing things as a family. Like take a drive, rent a movie, go to the beach to walk along the shore, etc. Just talking about it makes me excited about this Sunday. I hope you have a great day and wonderful time at church this Sunday!
