I don't usually get fevr during period days, but I feel a littl uncomfortable. I feel like my stomach aches, and feel headache or vomiting sensation sometimes. I don't like period time and I want to get rid of that time fast. I will be under the fear whether the blood will make a stain on my underwear because it is very important for me to keep my underwear clean.

in that case, shouldn't you contact your family doctor for more information on that matter? I am a guy, and I have limited knowledge on that issue. My girlfriend has the same symptom too, but I couldn't help a bit honestly.

I never had fevers with my period. Losing the fluids makes you need more water and can be a reason for a headache. I was always fortunate and not very inconvenienced by my periods.

i never get fevers, but i do get the headaches. water helps to replace some of the fluids lost,a headache is a good sign of dehydration.

I try to keep myself occupied. When I get a head ace or my stomach aces, I take an aspirine. Does not always help, but normally gets a little less. I will read a book, watch tv, computer, clean the house. Trying not to think about it, is my best medicine. Good luck.
