Clothing: What's the Most You've Ever Spent on Casual Clothing?

I once spent about 20 dollars on a T-shirt. It was brand name but it was just a regular T-shirt. That was the most expensive piece of casual clothing I've ever bought. Shoes I can spend a lot of money on because they last a long time.

Well, I was very mean when I did that. Actually my ex got married. I spent almost half my month's salary at the time and was my angelic self while I walked around. I knew what I was doing was not right. In those days I didnt have much means either. I had a tough time walking up and down to most places instead of taking transport.

My most expensive casual wear is a royal blue blouse priced at RM40. That's like $10. I have been wearing it for almost eight years. I never spend more than RM50 in shoes. It's not that I can't afford it, it's more like I hate living in debt. Most people around my age have multiple loans, like for house, car, credit card and so on. I refrain myself from credit card, and the only loan I have is my study loan.
