Well, they would be given some matter based on which they would have to fight their case and come up with logical way to present their cases. We had a mock parliament session in our college where we picked one political topic and had two different groups arguing it as if they were in parliament. Can we look for similar way of reasoning amongst children through reality shows based on law? Of course, they cant be expected to know the laws and sections. That is the beauty of it. We would like to know what they believe will be right without having to conform to precedents.

Yes that would be a very good reality show. Children would get opportunity to show their intelligencve and common sense without knowing the laws.Their judgement may be perfect.

No, I'd like a reality show where they rounded up all the people who think up these reality shows and then viewers could vote as to which one of them gets tortured and how

I will be included! :( Thanks anyways for letting me know ur opinion. This one would not be competition u know. It would be to see what logics that kids can come up with. We adults have got so tied up in sections and precedents that we can not longer think from case to case as we quote the previous cases and judgments, without really looking for differences in each case. Its like pulling out computerized judgments. And of course, corruption is possible, either by bribing witnesses, bringing in false witnesses, or bribing the attorneys or judges or jury members. So - this one would be so far removed from it - and effectively give direction to the thinging of next generation. But it was a concept that we thought of. Anyway, u have been kind to let me know about how u feel. And knowing that I wouldnt be able to catch the attention of 50 percent of the audience, I would definitely not put my money in this. :-)
