I am pro-life. I think if the morning after pill was made more readily and avaible. There would be no need for an abortion. Unless it was deemed medically nessacary.

I agree with abortion in only one situation and that is if you know 100% that the baby will be stillborn, if there's a chance even if it's 1% that the baby will live then don't have an abortion, if you really don't want a baby use protection, if you got pregnant through rape, it's not the baby's fault and if you really can't cope looking after it then have it adopted, there's no good reason to murder anyone, just because it's you can't touch it doesn't mean it's not alive.

I think it depends on the situation. If it is because of a rape I think an abortion would be ok as well as if the mother would be at a great risk of dying if she carries the child to term. If the child has severe abnormalties then I think that would be fine to have an abortion as well. Any other circumstances other than rape, incest or harmful for mother or abnormalties in the child abortion shouldn't be allowed. If you do not or cannot afford to have a child please put the child up for adoption.

yes. I think if somone doesn't want a baby then they either sholdn't be sleeping around or should be taking birth control. Don't punish the poor innocent baby because of your irresponsibility.

Abortion is the mother's choice, no matter what. If she is using it for birth control she may end up not being able to have children when she does want to. People don't realize that an abortion causes physical damage to a woman's body and she is the only one that will have to suffer the consequences. She will have to live with the physical and emotional scars, so who is to tell her she can't. It's her body and mind, so it should be her choice.

i agree totally though i dont agree with those who use it as a birth control. some use contraceptives and still end up pregnant and may not want the child. i personally think there are enough parentless children in the world and we dont need any more that are unwanted by the birth mother so as much as people think adoption is the answer, is it really? when there are so many children crying out to be adopted already.

I think it should not be prohibited. It should be available for anyone who needs or wants one.

ABSOLUTELY *NOT*!!!! --- --- --- "I certainly think Britney Spears is the devil. The way she projects herself and the fact that she is so obviously vacuous. I think it's such a shame that she became so influential to very small children." -- MORRISSEY --- --- ---

Dear heavens yes! It's murder! I have seen pictures and a movie and it's unthinkable that someone could do something inhumane like that. The fetus can feel pain and it has been proven! In one video you can see the fetus sense something is wrong before the abortion takes place. It was calm and sucking it's thumb one minute and when they started the procedure it started thrashing violently in the uterus. The fetus's hearbeat icreased and you could clearly see it was in distress. I couldn't bear to watch the rest. I still have nightmares.
