tigrashadow with everyone's busy schedules, we must all remember to take time out for ourselves now and then to create a balance. here are a couple of ideas (dont know how viable they are or anything but its a start)...bearing in mind that this would depend on finances...

tigrashadow personally, if it was legal, i think they deserve slow torture...but we cant do that...so castration would be a good one. also most child rapists get dealt some heavy punishment in jail which is what they deserve....even criminals have their own...

Does anyone on here have trouble falling asleep even though they are so tired? I am so tired every night, but I still have trouble falling asleep...I've tried leaving the television on and muting it so the noise doesn't keep me...

tigrashadow my doctor has mentioned warm milk as the properties in warmed (not cold) milk relax the body. if you dont like plain warm milk, add some malt but not anything with caffeine. also if you drink a bit of caffeine during the day its best to stop having it by 5pm...

tigrashadow its a tough one but if i had to have one last meal (and assuming i can eat it and am given the choice etc) id probably want some seafood and then go out on a slice of pavlova with fresh strawberries on top what would yours be??

tigrashadow i like prizee.com for the short little games they have. perfect for filling in time between doing things. i dont pay for a membership upgrade though. i play more for the games than the points....and if i happen to get something from them...thats great. if not...
