Suicide is becoming a rampant situation in many countries this day. A cousin of mine literally witness a woman jump off a building before her very eyes while washing the dishes. Some young people came to me with the same story, a young adult gay and bubbly suddenly pulled a trigger on his temple to end his life. A wife of a prominent TV anchorman took her life in the bathroom. What is their problem taking their lives as if its their own? I am always tempted to ask this question but then I realized I don't have idea of what they have been through. Although I strongly believe not even the worst problem or situation can give anyone a right to take her life. I assume they don't have a friend they can talk to so they are consumed with their problems and eventually give up. And this is not true for adults only, there are countries who have higher rate of kids and teenage suicide than the adults.

When I was a child, the father in a family that lived just up the road killed himself on the railway line. I used to play with the children in the family and it was a great shock when this happened. He had been stealing money from the post office where he worked, and when this came to light, he killed himself rather that face the consequences. A rather silly thing to do really as he inflicted a much greater penalty on himself that he would ever have got from the courts. He also deprived his wife of her husband and his children of there father and destroyed there lives far more than would have been the case if he had not done that.
