Well this is my third discussion on this topic. Can you tell I was really annoyed about the guy who went WAY out of his way not to be helpful? I can't go and put a certificate on his desk because I need my job. But if I could and get away with it, it would probably read something like this: (Insert Name Here) has been recognized for his contribution towards sabotaging teamwork showing how not to go the extra mile excellence in finger pointing So, if you could make up a certificate for somebody who had really annoyed you, what would it say?

Intelligent Design Certificate God must have been having a bad day when he made your ancestors. or After meeting you I have come to believe that maybe we did descend from apes...? or the primordial pool you crawled out of was polluted.

(insert name) is here by give this award for inconsistency and failure to do what was needed to keep employment she claimed to love. (blank) was a good employee, on some days, and lazy and not to be trusted on others. May she flourish in the place she has been moved to.

I have one of those too....if it doesn't directly help her.....she will skirt around anything that looks like work.....if I could make a certificate for anyone I know it would be to my former friend and it would read..... This award is given to you on the 27th day of August 2009....for never being able to pass a mirror without looking in it to reaffirm to yourself that you think more highly of you then anyone else does. This recognition is also for thinking you are the only one who really knows how to dress....and for thinking that everyone should be like you....

Well this could kinda be like a therapy session where I could let go of some of my frustrations against one of the co-workers at my place of employment. It would probably go something like this: (Insert Name Here) You have been recognized for being a bigamist, woman domineering, self righteous _______. Thanks for all your hard non-working capabilities in throwing people under the bus and making yourself look like the only person doing their job.

Good one and that reminds me of the guy who steals other people's ideas and takes credit. He could definitely use a certificate!

Oh I tell ya, this one really hits the head of the nail with a big hammer. He thinks his way is the best and he tells everyone he does his job the best but he can't even manage to pick up a broom and sweep a floor, and that's part of the job. LOL

(Insert Name Here) is recognized for her relentless devotion for the past 15 years in her role of Head Mistress. Special honors include: Undying fidelity through her boss’ three marriages. Unwavering dedication through her boss’ last three girlfriends. Attentiveness to detail in scheduling conference stays and correlated vacations (with and/or wives/girlfriends). Ability to secure purchase orders throughout affairs as “work-related expenses”. We know why she gets to keep her job. (through missed days, overspending, and noncontributions Everyone else’s is on the chopping block, some for good reason, others, not. Most of us know/have experience with these two losers - and/or know wives/girlfriends. We're all looking forward to being canned.
