I told everyone I had finally met a myLot friend. I think my situation is rather unique in that I first met Betty on Ebay, not that anyone knows who Betty is there are millions in the world but this lady introduced me to myLot which is the best thing she will ever have done for me and now I have met her sister. Well I got a call from her (sister) and now I learn her and her hubby are going to be traveling through my city on Monday and she wants to meet once again for coffee. I also hear from Betty even though she is no longer living in my area we will always remain friends now, at least if I have anything to say about it. I am in real bad need of these friends, they are the best. myLot I love you!!! Any guesses on who my friends are???

That is so cool, I am happy for you. I have a list of people I would just love to meet from mylot. I just know we would be great friends. I am like you, I love Mylot, I love my mylot friends too. Mylot could quit paying us and I would still be here, I hope they continue to pay us, That is just a bonus. I don't have a guess, are you eventually going to tell us who it is. I have exchanged emails with some of my friends, have talked on the phone and have home addresses for some too.

That's cool. Especially considering you met her on ebay! I don't think I have a guess, but maybe I should go look at your friend list on your profile page. 
Friends are hard to come by for me as well. I just don't have the opportunity to meet a lot of people these days. I'm so glad you are going to be able to see each other again, and soon.

Glagyk I have it figured out. I'm not in Battleford often but you bet we can be friends, DONE It's a done deal!!! LOL
I'm glad to hear from our traveler, that tells me her and hubby made it home OK hope all is well. This is the last long weekend of the season I thought it would be a good time to just stay home as roads will be busy and I'm always concerned about the drinking drivers.

I don't have a clue who it might be, but I also met one of my myLot friends on eBay. I'm the one who introduced her to myLot. It never occurred to me that others could get to know someone on eBay.
I also met another myLotter recently who lives less than 10 miles from me. I need to get together with her again sometime soon.
Have a wonderful visit with your friend's sister when they come to town.

Have no idea who they are but am real glad u have found them. mylot is a great place for making new friends. I have yet to meet anyone new but think it would be great fun. y'all have a real big time & if it's anyone i talk to hope u will tell them hello.

I guess I'll comment,I am also so happy to have met a very good friend on here.she is a very nice person.I feel like I have known her for years and told her stuff that I don't usually tell anyone.so it is maybe her that is the very nice person.and as for my sister I do have to say I think shes a nice person also(hope she doesn't read this and have it go to her head lol}
I am trying to get my other sister to do more on the site.maybe she will come in and tell you what she thinks (maybe not a good plan lol)

No guesses, as I haven't had time to try to keep up lately, but congratulations again on having met such a nice new friend in person as well as on myLot. I only have one friend I first "met" online, but he and his wife visit hubby and me regularly and we enjoy frequent e-mails from them, although they are not myLottians.

That is wonderful Grandmaof2, to have met a friend online and that person truly is a friend. I have never met any of my friends from cyberspace or online. I wish I could. It is amazing to be able to let the people out there no that there are people you can trust and call friends that come from online communication.
I have always wanted to do this but was skeptical about doing it. I hardly ever let online people, (not friends) know my location.
This is a great thing you are doing and I wish I could meet some of my friends I have met here.

That is a great thing but you have to be very careful. I've met good and unrealiable (bad) people off the internet and you don't really know them. Just be careful on opening your house to any internet "friends," other people I know got badly burned because of it.

I agree with you my friend. It's hard to find a good great people. Even here in mylot.
It's really true that we have added more friend here. But some are really interested in constant conversation or connects you regularly. They only add you here in purpose but not for friendship.
I am looking for people that really know the value of friendship. Because I know friends will be a great things in our life. Friends is always and forever.
Friends is always there to support you and connects you i whatever purpose. We can be friends is real but all I encounter here is a fictitious one.

Grandmaof2 good to hear that.Online friends are normal indeed,once you are in such a contact,the conversation begins to flow like anything and it give so much relief when one keeps in touch.Mylot surely help in demand of friends.Well everyone needs friends and meeting a person whom one had been on online gives a huge refreshment as I would asy.
