Gissi Glitter Paws

Most of you here know my little Dog Gissi (Avatar) to those who don't he is my little Companion with a Personality lol
This Year I decided I was having a go at my making my own cards
I design them on the Laptop print them and then do the rest like Glitter and all that
Well Gissi believes everything in the Flat is his, so I let him believe it, lol, when I first got my Laptop last year and started sitting on the settee with him, he would lie at the other end or sit on the Floor looking at me as if to say, this is not your chair it is mine, he would walk over the Laptop or sit on it to get my Attention,
Anyway yesterday I had all my Craft stuff for my Cards spread out on the Settee, including the ones with the Wet Glitter Glue, Gissi stood in front of the Settee looking at me, I told him to wait a minute and I would move them, well Gissi did not want to wait, he jumped up straight on the wet Cards, which of course stuck to his paw, I rescued all the other Cards before more damage was done, he then managed to knock over the pot with 1000 little Glitter stars in, then he laid down in his spot and just looked at me
Well I managed to get the card of his paw he had blue and silver Glitter on his paws, he still laid there with that look in his eyes as if to say, well you know this is my spot, even though there was 1000nds of tiny Glitter Stars all over the Place, which of course I had to pick up, the one card ruined, I had to laugh at him, at him being so determent and Impatient, then the look on his face and the lovely colors of Glitter on his Paws
So now we can call him Gissi Glitter paws
But I got my own back, he had to have a bath to shift the Glitter hehehe, yeah I could have just bathed his paws, but no, I needed revenge so he got full bath, he went to bed in a huff

In a way this is Cute. Gissi was only trying to help, and I guess now he has Glitter to show for it. You always wanted a sparkling dog? But no I would be trying to find ways to get things done without Gissi always having to be the center of attention, but giving him a Bath is something he deserved, and maybe if he needs one often enough he will learn, but just make sure in everything you are not forgetting about spending time with Gissi as well.

Maybe it was designed to accent his sparkling personality as well. I think we all need to spend time with those people and things that we love.

Oh LOL! And when I saw the title of your discussion, I thought you had created a new design for your cards by dipping Gissi's paws in glue, then in glitter, and then on card. LOL!! And the little fellow did all that himself? Hahaha... he deserved a cup, Gabs, not a bath!!

Hi Gabs! It wasn't my fault this time, I am not responsible for getting Gissi a bath LOL! I know I was naughty with the mud but I promise you that I didn't touch the glitter, because it gets into my fur. Poor Gissi that's two baths he's had, I hope he's forgiven me for the mud bath! Bet he looked a right site, but don't worry I promise I won't embarrass him when we go out and play next, sometime soon I hope cos it's nice and cool here and dry too and we promise not to go near the mud!

I wish I could have seen the whole thing Gabs, although you gave a great description of the incident with the glitter in your discussion. Gissi never fails to get himself into more trouble, does he? Now he has a new name - Gissi Glitter Paws; I think it will stick, don't you? (Pardon the pun)!

I have been waiting for you or Should I say Gissi has been waiting for you and Poppy to join Gissi's Fun Place he sent you an invite you know
I was getting worried about you as I had not seen you for a while anywhere
And as you say yes the Name will stick specially after he laid on one of the Cards last Night that was on the Floor out of his way and got the Glitter on his Tummy and hairs on the card

LOL Poor Gissi! All he wanted was his spot on the settee and look what he had to suffer for it..a bath. Since my imagination can be so vivid, I'm picturing a very handsome Glitter Gissi, all decked out and nowhere to go. We used to have a cat named Smoky who was very much a people cat. We just got the keys to our new house and was painting the hallway when Smoky decided he wanted to help as well. He put both front paws in the paint tray and then mewed to be picked up. He then put his paws on the wall in a few spots. I sure miss him and wish he was still with us. Hubby wants to repaint the hallway and I'm guessing it's because those pawprints are visible where he is constantly reminded of that time frame in our lives and depresses him.

Hahahaha I love the Paw prints
I know Gissi nearly stuck his Nose in Paint once because he wanted to know what it is lol
But he has thing about lying on the Cards or walking over them just after I have put the Glitter on them
The last time he did it and I said Bath he hung his little head and I just did not have the Heart lol so I just washed his Paws with a Cloth

awwwwwwww.....Gissi just wanted pretty paws like the cards are. I bet if you just put a little glitter on his paws, he won't be so inclined to walk on the cards.

Hah! The best part about how you tell it is describing how seemingly nonchalant Gissi is about all of this. "Well you know its my spot", kind of like 'what did you expect Gabs?' and 'yea, i did it *shrug*'. Too bad karma caught up and he ended up bathed and huffy (and lets not forget puffy too).

Hi gabs,
Ohhh!! Gissi is so funny with all his antics and he must have his own way and if anything gets in his way, thats it off it goes, my cats ar like that, they will knock things down because its their place and not for anyone or anything, bet Gissi didn't like his bat at all, lol! poor Gissi.

Hi gabs! Isn't that just like Gissi! And after all that you
gave him a bath! And I know how much he hates that! Poor
Gissi! I wish you could have taken a picture of him with
his glitter paws! Oh, wait did you? I'm responding from my
email! He is just the cutest and sweetest dog ever! He gets
into more trouble too! Star and Luna don't listen either!
But, they haven't done anything as cute and funny! At least
not yet! I think you should have left Gissi with his Glitter
Paws and made him go outside like that! Then all the other
dogs would have made fun of him! That would have shown him!

You got even!! I can just imagine the glitter and stars everywhere. What a twinkly home you must have had for a bit. I bet your cards ( the ones you get to complete) are lovely.

Poor poor Gissi! lol But that's what happens when you don't behave yourself and stay out of mum's things! Besides, a bath isn't so bad! Once you dry you'll feel so nice and refreshed! I love my baths! They're fun little guy!
