Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.

I had my first depression in 1998, but at that time I didn't know that it was a depression. I tried to hide my problems and I tried to handle things on my own. I didn't think about getting help or treatment, I simply tried to cope on my own even though it was hard. In 2005 I had my next depression, and that depression was much more severe than the first one. This time I went to my doctor, he put me on antidepressants and he suggested that I spend some time in a psychiatric clinic. I took his advice and I found a very good therapist who helped me a lot. After that time I have been to a couple of other therapists, but the first one was the best. I am still on antidepressants and I talk to a psychiatrist twice a month. I have received a diagnosis called "periodic depressions", and I been told that I probably need antidepressants the rest of my life. I don't really like the thought, but I have tried to quit the medicine once, and that was not definately not a success, so I am afraid to try it again.

My Mother had clinical depression. Oh boy, you never want to go through that. She had it for years and was in denial all the way. Living with her was pure hell. All I wanted to do is be gone from home. She repeated herself and obcessed about all kinds of stuff. She didn't take care of herself and was really argumentative. She wouldn't eat and slept a lot. She had been on antidepressants for a long time and then they quit working. She ended up in the Marshfield hospital, Marshfield Wisconsin. She was there 10 days and went through electro shock therapy. It was the best thing that ever happened to her. She is now happy and very active. Depression is like a camelion it changes it's color and becomes something that it wasn't before. Like I said, you never want to go through it. It was hell!

I think all of us experienced depression. Well, just got recovered from major depression and i already ask my parents to consult in psychologist to cope up with negativity. What i did before seeking for a professional help, i went to the church and solemnly pray and left the church enlighten. all my burdens was gone. ciao!

teen depression. You know, accompanied by peer pressure and the feeling that you just don't belong anywhere you go; that what ever you do just won't be enough for people to really accept you.
