Yes, sometimes I go grocery shopping when I'm hungry and it turns out that nearly everything appeals to me, and so I end up buying that much more. It's always better to go when you're not too hungry. Not too full either, as you will neglect to buy certain things like snack foods that your family may really need later.

Yes i have a few times when the person who takes me to town shows up earlier than expected and i would have to go without..but now i learn to eat first and then mke htem wait till i'm done getting ready..lol..because i come home with alot of junk and sweets and stuff that just makes me gain weight..lol. and i then have to buy more food to get enough to last. Thank god my hubby will love me no matter how big i get..I think..lol.

yep, I buy lots of snacky things when I'm hungry, and then I usually don't end up wanting them when I get home lol We try and make sure that we always go after we've had lunch :)

your mother didn`t teach you the frist rule of going shopping 1.. NEVER go shopping on an empty stomach ( you only impulse buy 2..LIST make a list and stick to it follow this and you will not have a problem

It has been said the best thing to do for grocery shopping is to eat before you go shopping so you are not tempted to by what you don't need. but for me it never works I still get jusnk food.

i dont do shopping when i am hungry

i usually end up getting sweets like chocolate and always too much junk food. just thinking about food makes it hard to think.
