miajane I do miss Toni, and I see that Monica has been around a lot; it seems she is filling Toni's character. I like how they make it work, though. The show really is dramatic and funny, which is not easy to do.

Tea, Coffee, or Water?

They all have no calories!!! Coffee is great in the morning, Water is great during a workout, and tea is great right before bed. Its the perfect complement to any meal!!! But which is the best? I say, water.

Kidney damage

I just found out that I have a UTI that has spread to my kidney and is damaging it. Can kidney damage be reversed? Will my kidney heal on its on?

miajane i didnt realise a uti could cause so much damage. i guess an infection is an infection, no matter how common or minor. i dont know how kidney damage could be reversed, you should talk to your doctor about it. i know that cranberry juice is supposed to be great...
