Im a careless person, Often, I do a lot of things that i should not do and more often I also fail to do the things that I ought to do. Like, Leaving my room key inside my room and ended up destroying the window just to get inside the room, which injured my right arm. Well, its a win lose situation when we dont think carefully or act carefully, its always the same, even with words not thought of carefully could hurt or injure the hearts of other people. I always end up regretting things said because of no careful thinking, I hurt a friend many times because of tactlessness. I was also a victim of such carelessness. I got hurt so bad by someone a year ago, he accused me something that he said. it was so painfull I cant forget the very words he said. I have forgivien him but not yet forgotten. These wrong actions or irresponsible inactions can minor inconveniences or they can have serious lasting consequences. Regrets, wrong words spoken, wrong actions and even not doing the right thing could mean a lot. God wants us to give careful thinking to our actions, words, and make decisions that bring glory to Him.

Hello Zelmarq. You are right that careful thinking makes life and work much easier. Sometimes I am also very careless, which was not as expected, but indeed it happened. Then I started to blame myself for it. Now I see that the best policy is to have a careful thinking. Thank you for the discussion, my dear friend.

LOL. I wonder if you ever think if you have gotten dementia. . I can bet many of us are careless one way or another. It may be God's way of testing us or helping us to overcome our careless habit. As long as one is aware of one's carelessness, one can persevere to be more careful.

I try to never be careless in life. I just do not have the time for it. It is too risky to be careless these days also. I think we always have to use careful thinking to make it in life also.

Careless is like my second name... together with tactless... since i often hurt someone unintentionally with my words... and then there are also cases when i don't double check so i end up forgetting something in the apartment or even at the grocery store... i never learn my lessons...

we deserve second chances and I think we should give ourselves, it takes discipline and its really nice to make it a point to really try our best coz in the end we are the ones who will really benefit for every effort that we give.

that's the challenge of having our own freedom of will. If were gonna do something, we better think it first, most specially the consequences of our actions. don't worry i also had experienced locking doors with a key inside our house. honestly our bad experiences,, makes us who we are and how we gain strength from it........

I have many regrets, things ive said or done. actions i shouldnt have taken in life.. but its behind me now, and really there is not any reason to be dwelling on them beause i can't change them!! no one can. can't take anything back. but i have learned now, from these mistakes and regrets, to think before i say or do.. that's whats important.. learning a lesson from these.. regrets.

One thing I try to remember is that no matter what, we can not dwell on bad things. We all have or do things we regret. It is very hard to learn forgiveness. I'm still working on that. We have to remember that people often say or do things without thinking how it will affect others. It is natural to want to strike back at someone who hurts us but it is better not to do so. What is that statement...? If you are without sin, you may cast the first stone? Sometimes it's hard to be nice.

Thank you for sharing, im also like this i have inforgiving attitude, I know its not good but we have to let go and surrender it to God. Release ourselves from the burden, coz if not if we will not forgive, we also in return will suffer.
