I know it can be extremely annoying but why don't you try the pop up blocker it can be extremely effective.

Yes, Definitely I win several times a day every day, I am a millionaire now. LOL . Unfortunately the stupid adds pop up more than I would like them too. I hate the ones that just talk out of the blue, "Congratulations you have won ......." Those actually scare the you know what out of me sometimes especially whet is really quiet in the house and all of the sudden there is this voice my heart jumps a beat. I should expect since it happens all the time but it startles me every single time.

Its not just here but many other places. It used to be the 1,000,000th that was common but now it is the 999,999 one. It of course is just a come-on to take a bunch of surveys or view a lot of adds or offers or worse.

yep. i've been the 999,999 visitor so many times. i should be rich with stuff to win by now not to mention winning that lottery in UK, and Nigeria,etc. i should have money under my mattress by now from every where for nada.!!
