Hi friends, Asusual, i was checking the no responses tab, i saw the money making discussions in the page full. So, i diverted straight away to the page 10. I saw many discussions having the description with 3 or 4 words or only one line. Did you tried to respond such discussions? I like to attend no responses discussions, but i have no idea how to respond those discussions and also i have no idea what they really ask for? How do you attend such discussions? Any tips for me to attend such discussions? Those topics looks different, but i cannot respond it... Have a great day.

I will sometimes respond to those kinds of discussions, If i can understand what they are trying to get at. and if i can answer it with more than a few words. some of them are quite easy to respond to with a few lines.

Some of them we can respond easily with few lines but most of them we can respond in the one liners only. If they are more detail, they will help us to respond more line.. Have a great day.

I will respond to discussions that have few words on the topic from time to time. However, these discussions with such few words have a great chance of being deleted as it's advised per say the guidelines to write as much as you can on the topic you are writing about. To the left side of the box where you type, there is a note instructing mylotters to "Please Be As Descriptive As Possible". Now while I am sure everyone is aware that one can not be very descriptive all the time, more then a few words is recommended. I don't know how many time or even if I have done this in the past, but I would and will ask people to help me expand or clarify if I am not sure on the subject. That way, I will have written more and given the readers the knowledge that while I want to start a discussion on the subject, I don't have much to say!

What people don't realize is their hindering themselves by not being as descriptive as possible. Regardless of few lines or not, if one is more descriptive their fellow mylotters can and often will respond with more to say. Giving them their insight, and money as well!

Yes, we should be descriptive as possible. If the description is very small, the chances for the deletion is more, i agree.... If we need some help regarding some topic we better tell why we need them and what was the situation to start the discussion, etc., will be helpful to respond.. Have a great day.

dbutheking hi hatley here I have tried to help but if they will'not write enough to tell me what they are discussing and what they want'from me how can I respond intelligently? so I bypass these and they get no help from me. Ihave told some of them that I would'love to respond just tell me what you want. i suggest you 'also tell them them that you want to help them but you need to know what they are asking for. this would help them and us if they heed our remarks.

Nice!! Yes, it is better to ask them what they ask for in their discussions.. If i know someone who comment their response i will definitely ask.. Do you think those people comment back to us about what they really need us to explain?? Have a great day..

Hi ya dbutheking As I have so many friends on my list and I get lots of discussions in my inbox I don't need to go around looking for discussions. I do sometimes go into the 'no responses' section if my friends haven't started any discussions recently but I pick and choose which ones I respond to. I prefer it if people write a bit more than a few words as it looks like that they can't be bothered so I then can't be bothered to respond to their discussion.

I don't really have that many in my inbox but I pick and choose which discussions of my friends I am going to respond to as I can't always relate to them or it is not a dicussion I want to get into so I just delete it and move on to the next!!

I don't give them the time of day. Usually, they're by newbies who found this great site where they can earn loadsa dosh for posting discussions. They're not interested in starting decent discussions, they just want to post as many as possible because they think it will earn them dosh. Then they complain they can't reach payout! It's an insult to the genuine members to respond to posts like that. I think there should be a tool where you can't upload a discussion under a certain number of words.

I always exceed the guidelines - but then I come here to chat more than earn from it, and I always did like a good long natter! Two or three lines is plenty to get the message across - and I notice these posts always get plenty of responses. Even a slow typist can manage a fair few of those in an hour. The discussions I'm talking about - we're lucky if it's 2 or 3 WORDS! (Slight exageration there, but ...)

You are correct. They will be complaining about their earnings after not getting responses. Yes, If there is a tool like you mentioned, it is good. How many lines do you expect to have a decent discussion? Have a nice day.

It's completely upto you whether to respond to a discussion or not depending on your interest on the topic. If you like to respond to the topic, no matter if its just a word or 4 paragraphs, I think I will respond to it provided I understand what the topic is. If I don't understand it, then I'll leave it & try to find some other topics. Happy Lotting

Hi taz, You are correct. It is difficult to understand the topic and what kind of answers they accept. Mostly it looks like simple yes or no type. Even for yes or no we can give some response but i don't have any idea how to respond.. If two or more questions we can make up to them for response.. Have a great day..

If its just an yes or no question, then better don't respond to it as the discussion is violating guidelines & is most likely to get deleted. So try to stay out of it. But if you think the topic is somewhat ok, but can also end the discussion in yes or no or in a sentence, try adding a personal experience or a story similar to the response.

Yes, you are correct. If you view the title of this discussion you can see this looks like a yes/no question but it is not like that. We can respond about the personal experience here to make it looks better...

It all depends on what they are talking about as to if I am able to respond to them. If they do not make sense to me, I just skip over them and answer other ones instead. I try to help if I can though.

If the subject of the discussion is explainable in one or two lines, I dont mind responding to them, but if I dont understand what he/she meant by starting the discussion I usually avoid it, I also like to be the first to respond to an interetsting discussion......

You are correct. Sometimes 2 or 3 lines can explain well, but most of the time those 2 or 3 lines failed to explain about the discussion well. So, as much as descriptive as possible easy to attend it... Have a great day.

dbutheking hi hatley here I have a hard time understanding'some of those three or four word discussions.if I cannot understand'what they want then how can I make an intelligent response.? I do not see why with a little more effort they could not make us understand what they want from us.If I have any real idea what is asked I will respond but if I havent a clue I will just go someplace else.It is so much easier to just write at least four or five sentences and make clear what you want us to respond to.

Hi hatley, It is easier to make atleast 4 or 5 lines as it is our discussion. You are correct. How can they expect the 4 or 5 line response for their single line description. Just like you i don't know how to reply intelligent response. Then, i skip that discussions... Have a great day..

Hi dbu, if they only have a few words in the title then there's bound to be no introduction of any sort. So I never go there as most likely they will be deleted so it's a complete waste of time. Also one isn't likely to receive a response and I'm not really into talking to brick walls.

Hi dbutheking, I will try to avoid that kind of discussion. The discussion starter usually didn't have something to say about it and they (99.9%) will never comeback to that discussion and give their comment on the response received. As you found out that most of the discussion is about money making discussion. And most of it violated the guidelines. So, there is no use to respond to it. That discussion would be deleted and your earnings from there will be deleted too. So, what is the point to give your response.

Hi Akuler, You are absolutely correct. Make it 100%. Because they don't put even a little effort to give a description for the discussion. So, they definitely don't come back to comment on us.. Atleast 4 or 5 line description is tolerable for some extent according to the discussion started... Have a great day.

Hi dbutheking I don't mind to answer that kind of discussion, but the only problem is sometimes I don't understand what they are talking, ask or discuss about. With that short explanation, I can't respond because I don't understand. Sometimes I see question without any question mark (only 4 words question, without any question mark) and only read it makes me lazy. In the past, I like to check that tab too, but since my time limited now, I mostly respond on "today's top" that sent to my inbox,,hehe Oh, may I ask you to send my greetings to deebak?

Hi Chrysan, Yes, you are correct. Without any explanation, it is tough to respond back them as we don't have any clue what they asked for.. I will send the greetings to him.. Have a great day..

wow, it seems that you've been busy going there dbutheking. well, I am a bit afraid to go there now since some of their discussions either has violations and no quality in the discussions. meaning they're not explaining any further what's with the topic..but when i run out of recent and friends topic, i will check it. have a great day dbutheking

Yes, some of them contain violations. I will respond if i think that it has no or less violations. Yes, most of the discussions deleted. I will respond only one discussion per day in the no response section.. Also, i will attend some discussions from the interests.. Mostly i attend the friends discussions..
