Do you have good stamina (good health)?

I am a weakling always. In my childhood I was very thin and weak and my parents used to give milk, fish oil and tonic to me. After marriage, my husband took care of me. In spite of that, I am weak compared to people of my age, though I am on the fatter side. Even small errands make me feel tired. What about you? Can you take strains? Can you walk longer distances?

I am neither weak nor strong. I will do pranayama and yoga whenever i find time and after finishing them, i feel relaxed. I can climb stairs, but sometimes my knee aches, i will gasp. Every evening i will go for a walk for 30 mts and the last 10 mts. will be fast walk. So i can walk any distance. In my childhood, my father too fed me with fruits, cod liver oil and cow's milk every day and now my husband is providing the same (excepting cod liver oil). May be that is the reason for my good health.

Hello Buchi_bulla. I think that my stamina is just so so, not good, nor is it bad. I know that it is because I am lazy in doing exercise that makes it like this. I am so different from my father, who loves to do exercise every day very early in the morning for quite a few hours. Even my mother does exercise every day. I am an exception. I hope that I will change my mind some day.

I do not think I am a very weak person most of the time. I am not thin but I am not fat either though. I do exercise and work hard alot of times. I do have a little bit of muscle too.

Appopriate physical exercise is what you need right now.The point is not much,but stick to it every week.Fortunately,I'm not a weakling person,althought you may say I'm a bit thin,I'm energetic and get ready to have fight anytime(kidding...).Everytime before getting to bed in the evening and after waking up in the morning ,the necessaries for me is to do push up exercise 20 times,that helps my body-building,I guess.
