never maintain the shape of the body

hi mylot friends, i have seen most ladies and gents are not at all caring about their shape of the body after marriage,i have found that most of the peoples stomach is bulging day by day just like a pregnant lady,they are sending everything in their stomach to grow the stomach just like belly,they never care in maintaining the body,all are taking food more and will not do any exercises or not even walk for a less distance of few yards,they are moving on the vehicles just showing that they are very busy,they do not know it is danger to their health, ,what will be the fate of those persons in future?

Hi Yugasini, it is nice of u to have raised this discussion. But there are some aspects that we need to consider. In india, we dont have many open spaces to go and jog about. Would u travel a mile thru traffic to reach a place and return a mile again? We dont have open spaces for exercises because we have simply too much population to accommodate. And gyms are expensive. Ever tried going to one?

hi vandana, thanks for the response,you can walk in our home itself or in your street with more rounds make it atleast 30 minutes a day and some simple exercises,if you addict for this you may have good results,try have a best shape,have a nice day

Hi Yugasini - walking on streets does not qualify - with so many cars and vehicles disturbing the walk, and footpaths already having become parking lots. We live in India my friend. And so does walking in home. A long stretch without frequent turns and twists is required. 30 minutes - is for heart, 60 would cover many of kidney problems as well. Problem is where. The only place I can think of is my terrace. I try to do that when people have not been inconsiderate to dry their clothes instead of drying them in their balconies.

Health is important, I can never agree more. And I have also seen fat people being healthy and skinny people being not healthy too. It's not about the physical appearance. I have a friend whom likes to jog but still the body mass is the same. And she is downright healthy. Perhaps different metabolism or some sort. I still go with the idea of old traditional method of exercising rather than taking pills and stuff like that. But I do take note in my mind that not every person is the same too; what with different lifestyle, work expectation. Good talking..

hi zed, thanks for the response,some what it is correct,but we must be average not fat nor leen,if we have some flesh on the bones,it looks some beauty,that's why i am asking about body maintenance and shape,have a nice day

You expect a lady to take care of the house, cook, clean, take care of husband and kids, then you want her to go for work and bring few chips. You want her to take care of your relatives and treat them well when one by one drop in to eat, comment and go. You want her to help you in your business work by attending phone calls, helping in any other way to help you in your work. Where will she have time to do exercises and go for walk? Stomach is bulging not because she is eating more, but due to lack of exercise, not eating properly, no proper sleep and umpteen numbers of tensions and above all no recognition for her yeomen services and being treated like a slave and speck of dust at home, though she has been recognised as very intelligent outside. Please understand a lady well and also her problems and try to help her in her chores, then you will see Aiswaryas in all the house holds. I remember words of, if I am correct, Subhadra Kumari Chauhan. Abala Jeevan hai thumari yahi kahani, Aanchal me hai doodh aur ankhon me pani. This means, Poor lady, this is your story, there is milk in your saree (Indian dress) pallu but tears in your eyes. You take care of everyone but no one to take care of you. People make you cry.

Very well said. This is the story of 90% of the ladies. But I have seen few ladies who keep maid for each and every houldhold work and bug husband like anything to get them ornaments and other luxurious items and spend their time\money lavishly. Probably this discussion is meant only those kind of women.

I guess I'm different.I've been married for 21 years and I work out 5 days a week.My wife is 50 and she says she's too old to worry about her body.I'm 47.Other people say they're too tired to work out.Working out pumps you up.It gets your blood flowing.Also,when you start seeing results,it makes you want to keep it up.Time shouldn't be an obstacle.If you really want it bad enough,you'll make the time.30 Minutes every other day and eating right could save your life.If you're husband or wife really cared about you or themselves,they wouldn't treat weight gain as a joke.

hi oneidmnster, thanks for the response,we both i am 75 kgs and my wife is 65 kgs,previously i was more than 87 kgs,now i have reduced my food and do walking minimum of 30 minutes a day,have a nice day

That is a sad fact my friend. Most people just seem to let themselves go after they get married. There are serious health risk associated with carrying a large stomach. I do believe that I read somewhere that a person with a huge belly is in danger of developing some heart/cardiovascular conditions. People only seem to stop and make an effort to stay healthy after the doctor gives an ultimatum.

Ya , you are right agreed with you. for some it might be risky for their lives but for some persons who are not a big foodie their body shapes are also not good i mean some people may be in their genes they fat . i myself have a friend who is same like this who eats a lot never do exercise blah blah getting fat day by day but cant help it i cant tell anything to him and whenever i will tell he ignores that.

It isn't always about not caring. Some of it is about time. When you have a job and you have children and you have a household, sometimes it's hard finding time to even take a walk, much less work out with a trainer, etc. You get stressed and people tend to eat more when they're stressed. And then having children tends to cause belly bulge anyway. Aging too... If you don't have the time to exercise on top of being careful about your diet, boom you got a tummy.

hi dawnald, thanks for the response,for walking i am not going out side of the house,i am moving in the house only for an half hour,about reducing the food take little with every 3 hrs interval,do not take water with the food take water half hour before food or take water after 2 hrs,take raw onion and garlic,which also give good result,have a nice day

It's really good topic. It's true. many people don't care their shape after they got married. Some maybe still worry but have no action to stop the size developing. My husband is typical one. he wants to lose weight but he has no discipline with his diet. So at last he said his belly is his invest. He should keep it growing. Anyway if people just a little over weighted i don't think it will affect their health obviously. But they should pay attention on their diets and not let go without any control.

You can add me in that list. Because i also don't care about to maintain the shape of the body. I feel little drowsy to wake up in the morning and also not interested in doing the exercises. Now my pants are little tighter. So, i have to maintain my shape. So, may be from tomorrow i will start doing exercise because i realise about it. Have a nice day.
