Hi friends, if your boss ask you what's your plan for your future directly, what will you say to him/her? Last week my boss asked me the question when we were just talking about abook in the rest time. It is too suddenly that I shocked in seconds. Then answered I'd like to study harder to improve my English in my spare time and plan to buy the pair of shoes allured me monthly. And have you met the similar case? How you will manage it?

Yes of course spam. Why? Do you think there's something wrong with the answer? I think I have this answer in mind because I know that my bosses are open minded and they really encourage me to think big. I am glad that i have worked with generous bosses.

That was a good and honest answer. I have been faced with that question before, and my boss at the time was also a good friend. She told me what she felt I should do with my future and I told her what my goals at that time were. I was honest, but also made sure that she knew that I not only enjoyed, but also appreciated my job as her employee.
